1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using the P.A.S. application, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
If you do not agree to any terms, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
P.A.S. (Professional Agriculture System) is a 100% FREE sales management application designed for:
- Farmers and agricultural businesses
- Small grocery stores
- Agricultural supply dealers
- Cooperatives
The app provides features: POS sales, inventory management, customer management, revenue reports, Bluetooth receipt printing.
3. User Account
To use the app, you need to:
- Sign in with a Google account
- Grant access to Google Drive and Google Sheets for data storage
- Be responsible for securing your login credentials
You can invite employees to share your store with different permissions (Manager, Sales Staff, Delivery Person, Observer).
4. Data Ownership
YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
- All business data is stored in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets
- We do not store your data on our private servers
- You have full rights to access, edit, delete and export data at any time
- When you stop using the app, your data remains in your Google Drive
5. Usage Rules
Allowed:
- Use the app for legitimate business purposes
- Invite employees to share your store
- Export and backup data
- Use on multiple devices
Not Allowed:
- Use the app for illegal activities
- Attempt to hack, sabotage or exploit app vulnerabilities
- Copy or redistribute the app source code
- Use the app to send spam or malicious content
6. Limitation of Liability
The P.A.S. app is provided FREE and "AS-IS".
We do not guarantee:
- The app will operate continuously without errors
- Data will not be lost (although data is stored on your Google Drive)
- The app is suitable for all business purposes
PAS Vietnam is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
7. Intellectual Property
- The P.A.S. app, including source code, design, logo and content, is owned by PAS Vietnam
- You are granted the right to use the app, not ownership
- Copying, modifying, or redistributing the app without permission is prohibited
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if:
- You violate the terms of use
- You use the app for illegal purposes
- You attempt to harm the app or other users
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. When there are significant changes:
- Notification in the app
- Update the "Last Updated" date
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising will be resolved at competent courts in Vietnam.
