1. Introduction
P.A.S. is a Point of Sale application developed by PAS Vietnam. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of user information.
This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use the P.A.S. application.
Core Principle: Your business data belongs to you. We only collect information necessary for the app to function and do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Account Information
When signing in with Google, we collect:
- Email: Used as account identifier
- Full name: Displayed in the app
- Google profile picture: Displayed as user avatar
2.2. Device Information
- Device ID: Supports multi-device login and notifications
- FCM Token: For push notifications
- Device type & OS: For display optimization
2.3. Business Data
Data you enter into the app:
- Store information: Name, address, phone number
- Products: Name, price, description, images
- Customers: Name, email, phone number (optional)
- Transactions: Orders, payments, debts
2.4. Optional Data
Only when you grant permission:
- Location: Only when looking up addresses, no continuous tracking
- Camera/Photos: Only when capturing or uploading product images
- Bluetooth: Only when connecting to thermal printers
3. How We Use Information
- Provide services: Allow you to manage sales, inventory, customers
- Sync data: Synchronize information between your devices
- Notifications: Send notifications about orders, messages from employees
- Support: Process support requests and answer questions
We DO NOT:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use data for targeted advertising
- Automatically collect behavioral analytics data
- Continuously track your location
4. Data Storage and Security
Storage locations:
- On device: Data is stored locally for offline use
- Google Drive: Data is stored in your own Google Drive
- Firebase: Authentication info and notification tokens
Security measures:
- All connections use HTTPS/SSL
- Authentication via Google OAuth 2.0
- Access tokens are encrypted during transmission
5. User Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right to access: View all stored data
- Right to edit: Update information at any time
- Right to delete: Delete data or account
- Right to export: Download data from Google Sheets
- Right to revoke: Revoke Google access at any time
6. Children's Data
The P.A.S. app is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
